Visualization Project

  For this project, I decided to do a comic strip on how to regulate your emotions for young elementary special education students. I decided to go with a comic strip for this project because I figured for younger students, pictures help aid in the understanding of the text. I chose simple pictures so that it does not overwhelm my students and so that it is easier to follow along with for them. I only added a few items to each section of the comic strip so that they are able to focus on the information on in instead of other random items in the pictures.               Creating this visualization project really helped deepen my understanding for the topic in many ways that just reading alone probably would not have.   Introduction                      For this assignment, I have decided that my hypothetical classroom will be an Elementary level special education classroom. I will have students from the ages of 4 to 11 years old with varying abilities. Each student will have different needs and educational plans along with different physical and intellectual abilities and levels.
